To accelerate this expansion and strengthen our global brand positioning, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can open new markets, establish strategic partnerships, and put Bundeling firmly on the map worldwide.

Your Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for Bundeling’s further international expansion, with a strong focus on the sports industry. You know how to analyse markets, identify opportunities, and build strategic relationships with sports clubs, leagues, federations, and sponsors. With your commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, you will ensure that Bundeling continues to strengthen its position as a market leader.

What will you do?

✅ Identify and develop new international markets and growth opportunities
✅ Build and maintain strategic partnerships
✅ Lead international sales processes and negotiations
✅ Create and implement market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales
✅ Represent Bundeling at international (sports) events and conferences

What do you bring?

✔️ At least 3 years of experience in an international commercial role
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Experience or affinity with the sports industry and professional networks within the sector
✔️ Work experience in a professional sports organisation is a plus
✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach
✔️ Affinity with technology and SaaS solutions
✔️ Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
✔️ Willingness to travel internationally
